Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, or returned after the 7-day window, will not be accepted.

Return Cost

A flat return shipping fee of PKR 300 will be charged. This amount will be deducted from your refund or must be paid at the time of return, depending on the return method.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or clearance reasons. These will be clearly stated on the product page.
